You are enough

Get cozy, open your journal and explore with me:
List out some thoughts you have been having recently or habitually about not being enough. Where did these thoughts come from? Most likely, they were created by the ego; the thinking part of you that tries to solve problems. Why were these thoughts created? Did you see something and thought: they are better than me. Or try something and think: I am not good enough. Are these thoughts actually true? Would you tell your best friend the same things that your ego tells you in your head?

Let those layers of built up negative thoughts clear.... create space from them. Rest in what is left. Where are you at? Is it an open space inside of you where anything can happen? Where you are not limited by negative beliefs? The possibilities of what you can achieve in this space are endless.
