Wedding Stationery
Due to the custom nature of the product, there are no refunds but we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your invitations and stationery.
Please make sure to take a careful and thorough look over your proof before approving for print. Once the design has been approved we are not responsible for any overlooked spelling, paper or color errors.
Payment: Work on your order will begin when your retainer aount of 50% of the total amount due has been cashed and cleared. Design for a custom invitation will not begin until your design fee has been cashed and cleared. The full balance due must be paid before the order will be shipped or at handover. You may pay using check, cash or credit card. If using a credit card the payment will be made through Venmo or Invoice. If paying through invoice we will send an invoice to your e-mail address within one business day. If by check, please make it payable to Jen Simpson Design, LLC and mail to the address at the top.
All payments and retainer are nonrefundable due to a cancelation of any kind.

Paper Goods
For non-customized goods that are still in stock on our site, we can offer returns and exchanges but are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees.
Any original, related shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for new shipping costs for exchanges.
Your return must be in original unused condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For a return, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery - we cannot accept returns/exchanges on lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to include package insurance and tracking at your own discretion.
If you would like to schedule a return, please email jen@jensimspondesign.com. Once the product has been received and inspected at our studio we will issue a refund less shipping charges in the original payment method.
Please include your name and order number with your return package.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help correct the problem with proof of damage. We can only process returns and exchanges on unused merchandise - so please check your order before using! We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been used.
