You are not your thoughts

Hi Friends,
It is so easy to get caught up in your thinking and start feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or depressed. It can easily become paralyzing. But the biggest thing to remember is, just because you have those thoughts does not mean they are true. They are just thoughts. You get to decide whether you want to believe in them or not. Next time you start going down that road of unhelpful thinking, remember that you are not your thoughts; you are the space before your thoughts, the conscious awareness viewing your thoughts. You get to decide if you want to continue down a negative thought path or take the higher road toward positivity, happiness, and love.
