The Mindset Shift You Need

Do you get caught up in negative thinking without even realizing it? For some, it is automatic. A habit that we have been doing for so long that it feels like our baseline. We live and find comfort in that space because it is familiar. It is what we are used to. But do you really want to keep living in that feeling?
Next time you notice yourself in an anxious or insecure feeling, take some tome to pause. Create space and observe the thinking that is going on in your head. Write it down so you can see it. Is the narrative helpful? Is there another way to see it? Would you be better off letting it go?
Taking time to calm down and become aware of what is happening will break the cycle and leave you with more bandwidth to see somthing new. Change happens when you become aware.
