Once payment and files are received, it will take 6-8 business days to print your order. 4-6-day shipping is included with the order, or you can upgrade to Priority (2-3 days) or Express (1-2 days).
:: File Type ::
Please submit your high-resolution PDF, JPG, or AI files, with the design already reviewed, finalized, and complete. If you prefer to email, you can send them to: jen@jensimpsondesign.com.
:: Proofing::
We will email you a proof 1-2 business days after you place the order for you to approve before printing.
Please review all spelling and punctuation. We will print your file as sent, and we are not responsible for any typos or text errors.
Keep color in mind: Saturated and darker ink colors are best on handmade paper.
Do not include a background color in your design.
We will reach out to you if we feel the colors are too light or need adjustment.
Please note that colors vary from screen to printer, and we cannot guarantee an exact color to what you see on your screen.
Margins: We cannot print off the edge of the handmade paper, as it is a true handmade paper, premade to size. Please account for a .25-inch margin in your design.
