How To Use
Decide when: Incorporating your journaling into a morning routine with a nice cup of tea or before or after a workout will help you stick with your new habit.
How many days of the week: We suggest journaling at least 3 days a week to get the best benefit out of your journaling. The Happiness Journal is created for a daily routine.
What to write: Answer the prompts in detail. Write about why and how it makes you feel.
